Marton Care IPA, Inc. · New York

Independent providers. One credentialed network.

A New York independent practice association built around credentialing, health plan contracting and a public provider directory. Providers continue to bill their payors directly.

What the IPA does

What the network brings to providers and to the health plans they work with.

Credentialing and monitoring

Organizations are approved and practitioners credentialed as separate decisions, with review against exclusion and sanction sources part of the model.

Contract options

For each health plan, negotiated rates the plan must accept, or the plan’s own rates by reference to an identified schedule.

Provider directory

Approved providers may be listed; a plan badge appears only for verified participation.

Value-based payment

Marton Care IPA is working to secure health-plan contracts using a value-based payment (VBP) model that includes shared savings.

How participation works

  1. Apply and complete review

The organization applies, its locations are reviewed, and each practitioner completes credentialing.

  2. Choose a contract option

For each health plan, choose negotiated rates or plan-rate acceptance. Proposed rates take effect only once the plan accepts them.

  3. Confirm participation with each plan

Participation is confirmed per plan, product, service and location, with an effective period.

Approved providers may appear in the directory while health plan participation is pending. A plan badge appears only for verified participation in the stated service, location and product during its effective period.

Looking for a provider?

The directory lists approved organizations and their practitioners, each with its health plan participation status.
